Response Type report in Insight
I just became admin of an Eloqua instance a few months ago. We are having issues with our classic integration response rules sending to SFDC properly & that is because it's just not setup properly. We are in the middle of redoing this all in the SFDC integration app, but in the meantime I was hoping to make a report that gave contact email address, response date and response type with a prompt for campaign.
I can't seem to find a catalog report to start from that includes campaign response type. Anyone know if there is one?
