Hello

Does anyone have any ideas about tracking average hours worked for hourly associates, as it relates to the Affordable Care Act and Safe Harbor qualification?  We have a custom built PeopleSoft report currently that is quite complicated.  Wondering if anyone knows of any easier way to keep track of this through HCM and reporting built from there.
