Add to Campaign step is not working from within Program Canvas

Hi,

Wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue? We aren't able to see any Campaigns when using the "Add to Campaign" step from a Program Canvas. When attempting to choose a campaign from the dropdown list, the dropdown field is greyed out so we're unable to select any campaign. Multi-step campaigns have been created, and the one we wish to add contacts to is active (draft or active didn't change things). The Add to Campaign step does work from another Campaign Canvas.

This feels like such a weird bug. Has anyone else experienced this? Or is there a fix?
