Eloqua Contact Assignment to the respective owner

Hi,

I am working on some requirement, where I have to assign the contacts to specific owner based on say email domain.

Example: If email domain is gmail.com, assign to x user.

I could see only one option to achieve this requirement, by assigning the labels to contacts and users. This is very efficient and Secure method.

But considering this solutions for 100 Users, the label assignment will have around 200+ orchestration steps. It will be very difficult to handle such kind workflow.

Is there any dynamic rule or strategy to achieve this requirement?

You suggestion would be much appreciated.
