Using Eloqua blindform submit to track advertisement links

Dear Eloqua fellows,

I am looking for a way to track advertisement clicks using Eloqua and associate the click with related contact, in Salesforce Pardot, they had the feature named custom redirect to do so https://www.pardot.com/blog/custom-redirects/

for example, we had a Facebook ad which linked to our main website, can we make a blind form submit or using another method if available to associate the click with Eloqua contact and record the activities as form submit?
