Tracking 'replies' in Eloqua

We're send out 'sales rep' emails signed by actual associates where the goal is to get the recipient to reply to the email instead of clicking a link within. We don't currently have a CRM so it's impossible to track and/or use replies to inform downstream logic/treatments via automation. Does Eloqua have anything native (or is there a recommended workaround) to allow tracking of email replies? I've seen this in other tools but not within Eloqua.
