can we enable multiple Outbounds in app integration of Campaign actions?

I am enabling the CLR reporting from Eloqua to Salescloud.

As part of this we are planning to include multiple actions and trying to include actions. but we are not able to enable multiple actions.

As per CLE document we should add three actions: Update campaign,Create campaingn, Associate contact to a campaign...etc.

But app integration supports to enable only one actions at a time and we can not move this actions which will have all outbounds... as this campaign member is not visible there.

can anyone suggest on this how to proceed further on app integration?
