Outlook iOS (iOS 12.0) now rendering all images at full width

Since June 2021 when using the Responsive Email Editor, images within emails now render at full width for just Outlook iOS (iOS 12.0). This is particularly bad when the image is sized specifically to 60px x 60px for example, like an icon, but scales up to the mobile email canvas width.

Via HTML, this can be controlled, in areas like Shared Content or Email Footers. But when creating within the Responsive Editor space of an email such controls are not available.

We are using the same Image Sizing configuration now (which is broken) as we were prior to this change, and it delivered us icons that remained the native image's pixel dimensions without scaling up.
