LinkedIn Matched Audience Service

Hello,

We're having a project where we want to use the Eloqua LinkedIn Matched Audience Service for Email opt-out contacts. We want to send Email opt-out Eloqua contacts to LinkedIn and target them via a specific LinkedIn ad. My question is: Have you had any legal or privacy issues while using this cloud application to target unsubscribed contacts?
