Insight Report - Total submissions by form value

I am struggling to build a form report which should seem simple enough. Any help would be wonderful.

I'd like a report to show the count of submissions for each form field value (at least the ones with drop downs).

I'm sure this is possible through Pivot tables but I'm unsure how exactly.
