How do I find the Email Analysis Overview report?

I can't for the life of me find this standard email performance report with number sent, delivered, opens, clicks, bounces, unsubs, etc - described in the Docs here:

The article (un)helpfully says the report is found here:

Folder location: Catalog/Shared Folders/Email

But I can't find a folder path anything like that.

I've been using Eloqua for about a year now and have mastered all sorts of (seemingly) far more complex aspects of the product but I can't find this report and it's driving me nuts.
