Email Reply Tracking

Dummy question but maybe any of you had the same use case.

I am running a personalized email campaign where I send an email like from the salesperson. We would like to track somehow if person who received it, replied to the email and use this data to create the lead or push to another step in the campaign canvas.

It is probably impossible with Eloqua, but maybe someone found any solution for that?
