Eloqua Picklist Values

Hi All,

In our Eloqua instance, we have a picklist which has a code name as option value.

But, we realize when we have use this field in the segmentation, we must use the code. For instance,

This is not an easy step for our non-tech savvy users as they have to memorize those labels and values. Is there a way to directly use the label instead of the code?

we cannot put the label in option value as this field value will be synced to other systems.

Appreciate your help on this question.
