    We are trying to deploy an email with links containing anchor tags

    The query string parameters are being appended for tracking AFTER the anchor, which is causing the user to end up on the incorrect page within the destination. Is there a way to OMIT the appending of query string parameters by the Eloqua system - or is there a way to have it append them BEFORE the anchor in the URL?
