Data Refresh for Oracle Eloqua Connection failing in Tableau Server

Hi,

We are connecting to Oracle Eloqua from Tableau to generate some metrices. The Tableau dashboard refreshes successfully from local machine but it fails with the below error message when we try to refresh it via Tableau server.

“Connectionless Failure ( status code = 10000, The connection to webdata had a fatal error and was disconnected. ExternalProtocol::PipeMessageSource::ReadBytes: Communication with the Tableau Protocol Server process was lost. Tableau Protocol Server process might be terminated, possibly due to system resource constraints or another external source )”

We checked our firewalls and there is no denial of traffic. We also reached out to Tableau Support and they said that the connection drop could be on the database side. Please help with the resolution of the issue.
