Fatigue Analysis Dashboard Replicated

I have been trying to create something similar to the Fatigue Analysis Dashboard but in Eloqua Insights. Unfortunately, it does not look like the fields in the various insights reports are exactly what we are wanting. We are wanting a way to see the contacts who were at each fatigue status at various moments in time and to see the status changes over time. The Fatigue Analysis Dashboard shows that it can be done in eloqua, but I am not sure how to replicate that on my end.
