CTR in dynamic content Eloqua mails

Hello,

In Oracle business intelligence we can track the Opens and open rates of dynamic content blocks. But not the clickthroughs.

I tried to add "elqTrack=true" to some hyperlinks. But it doesn't seem to work

Is there a (easy) way to track the hyperlinks in dynamic content blocks in emails?
