Exclude users based on a date

Hi All

I am working on a campaign where we don't want to send emails to anyone on a Sunday.

The segment is working off an anniversary. If your anniversary falls on a Sunday, I want to stop the email being sent to the contact and then have the contact put into a shared list, so they never receive the email.

The anniversary date is kept on a field in a CDO and not on the contact record.

I'd be interested to see if anyone has faced a similar problem and how they resolved it.
