We have a lot of accounts in Eloqua for people no longer a the company. They have created a lot of automation, mapping, assets, etc. Is there a way I can transfer this all to myself? Then I can delete them?

Can I delete them, and nothing will be affected? Do I even need to transfer ownership before deleting? If I do need to transfer everything, how?
