Identify the URL

Hello Folks,

I have a Eloqua form which is been used across multiple sites. I have been asked to send targeted emails to contacts that are coming from a few sites that hosts this form aka will need to consider only those submissions coming from specific pages. Now the question is how do I identify from which web page the form submission is happening on so that I can use this information for further filtering inside Eloqua.
