Can Custom Object records flow into a Program and Campaign if a contact doesn't already exist?
I have a Custom Object that gets loaded with email addresses and shopping cart data from our ecommerce site. When a record is added or modified, I use Custom Object Record Services to send the record to a Program that then sends the record to one of several campaigns depending on data in the record.
However, when I attempt to run the CDO service, no data gets sent to the Program. Any ideas why? Does the contact have to already exist in the database (that's not always possible).
