while creating contact from eloqua to cxsales osc-contactpartyid & osc-contactpartnumber not updated

I have integrated Eloqua with Cx sales in which I am trying to create a contact from Eloqua to sales I have created action also and the contact is created in sales but some values is not getting update from sales to eloqua like

1)Osc-contact party id & Osc- contact part number

can anyone tell me what the problem if contact is get created then Eloqua will import values like contact party id and contact party number and account id ?
