while updating contact from Eloqua to sales cloud using app it gives error?

I am trying to create and update contacts from Eloqua to the cx sales cloud but contact is creating successfully but when i am trying to update that contact from Eloqua to sales using the integration app it gives an error all the fields are also field but still same error i don't know what's the problem can anyone help below all the images about error
