how to merge 2 Contact field automatically

Hi Team,

I have a case where I want to be able to either concatenate two different field of a contact and add it to a new field, or be able to add a condition to a field when it can take a static value along with a field merge, is it possible ? or is there any workaround for this?

So that I can set up a signature rule based on the new field created?

example:

Combine product and event codes automatically in eloqua and create a new field as a unique identifier so that I can map them to the respective person as below through the signature rule.
