Eloqua Campaign - Clicked email
Hi everyone,
A quick question. Has anyone in the past had issues with the 'Clicked email' campaign step?
I have a multi-step campaign being activated soon and thought I'd test a few steps internally first. But we have noticed that we have had many clickers of emails routed down a non-clicked path.
I have added a suitable 'Wait' step before the clicked email step, so to give enough time for testing clickers to click (1 hour), as I've also set the evaluation period to 0. And I have checked that the email's 'manage links' settings are all checked. So, I am at a loss as to why our clickers are being sent down a non-click path. I should also mention we tested using personal email addresses opened on personal devices as well as work email addresses, so I don't think this is a company firewall issue.
