Facebook Lead Ads issue

Hey!

So I have a normal status quo Eloqua campaign where I've simply got FB Lead Ad form feeding to a shared list ... the issue is that the leads coming from Facebook are not coming into ELQ.

I believe that there are apparent form submits visible within the Facebook account and it is to be believed the account in which is linked to this campaign has full admin access within Facebook ...

So I am at a loss as what could be wrong here ... thanks in advance everyone for any advice.
