Segment Filter Criteria - Visited Website

Hi all,

I'm looking to add a filter of "Visited Website" to a segment.

Do I have to add all website url's individually/manually? For example, I want to include everyone who has seen any webpage with automotive in the url. www.company.com/automotive, www.company.com/automotive-vehicles, www.company.com/automotive-cars.

Would I have to add these manually? Is there a setting in the filter where I can click more than one at a time, or a setting that encompasses all of the url's with automotive?
