Test e-mail errors

Hi All,

One Eloqua user is not able to get the test e-mails. When she tries to send her a test e-mail, she has a below note:

Warning! E-mail has not been sent. This contact has been excluded. Please try another email address.

I checked master excludes and her email address is not excluded anywhere...

I would appreciate any suggestions & feedback.
