Split the Company name using Contact washing machine

Hei,

Created the program to Split Contact field in three new fields being Mail, Name and tlf. Have used the Extract reg expression (\w+)-(?:\w+)-(?:\w+). The result i have got is "LorenipsumPostosloomegn. How do we create a space on this and get the result as "Loren Ipsum Post Oslo Omegn"
