Hi there,

I have have a question about campaigns and what happens if they are deactivated and reactivated again after contacts enter the campaign.

I've got a campaign that includes 3 emails with a couple of 'clicked email' decision steps which determine whether contacts get a second email (a reminder to action action having not done so after receiving the first) or a third email that offers contacts a different contact, having engaged with the first email.

Anyway, to cut a long story short, we'd been having issues with decision steps that are now sorted. But whilst we sought a solution to this issue we had to temporarily break the flow to the first 'clicked email' decision step and start the campaign to get the first email out. But now this is reconnected (having deactivated temporarily first), and then reactivated again, users are not continuing through the path to the first decision step.
