CDO record Value for checked (checkbox options)

Hi, I have a problem with CDO record field - checkbox.

I have a Form with single checkbox and in the processing steps I use "on" when the checkbox is checked. I did create CDO based on the Form fields and there is an option that I could choose the value for checked and un-checked to be stored in CDO.

However, the CDO is not use it and I still can see the value "on" saved in CDO that is taken from processing step (form settings).

How could I force the CDO record to use the "Value for checked/unchecked" from the record settings in CDO?
