How to track contacts who have viewed a PDF stored in Component Library?

We have an email asset that links directly to an asset stored in our component library using the "tracked link" (available when you click the PDF after uploading in the component library).

I want to know the standard info of anybody that views this PDF (first name, last name, email, company, title).

I know I can create a segment of anyone who "clicks" within the email. However, there are multiple links within this email asset, so that option won't suffice.

How can I accomplish this? There's nothing in the segmentation filter options that allows me to see anyone who viewed an asset in the component library.
