How time zones are set at first login - ORC Office 365 integration

Hi Team,

we are working with the integration of Office 365 with ORC.

When we set an interview and check the interviewer's availability in their calendar, we noticed a two-hour gap (if the interviewer is busy at 7AM in ORC it shows as busy at 9AM).

By changing the time zone, we noticed that this gap is corrected and we have a match between what we see in ORC and the actual availability in the interviewer's calendar.

Can you please explain how the time zones are set by default? Meaning, when first logged in, what time zone will the user have set and based on what is defined?
