Logic for Similar Candidates Feature in ORC

Summary:

We have enabled the "Similar Candidate" AI feature in our Development environment and are able to see the list of similar candidates along with their ratings.

While we understand that candidate profiles are rated based on below parameters, we would like to understand how similarly rated profiles are ranked ?

To better explain this with an example lets say 2 candidates A an B are rated as 5/5 in the similar candidate recommendation, our question is whose name will be displayed first and based on what logic ?

• Work History (Previous Employment)

o Title

o Achievements

o Responsibilities

• Degrees (Education)
