Some users are not able to see custom content type article in Knowledge Authoring

Some users are not able to see custom content type article in Knowledge Authoring Classic

Hello,
our knowledge author users are not able to see custom content type article in Knowledge Authoring Classic. They cannot see them in the list in Authoring page even if they set the filter view all and they cannot see them in creation phase.
While, they are able to create and see standard content type article.
Can you please help us to understand why they are not able to see them?
