Clarification on action service create URL response payloads

that are the mandatory fields needed by AMS

In conclusion, we have the

(that basically came out of nowhere) and I don't know how to relate it to the previous payloads.

I kindly ask if anyone can explain those payloads context and provide some examples about them because the documentation is not clear to me
