We're going to be implementing Career Development in a couple of weeks.  What is the My Enterprise > Offerings option of 'Goals Approaching Deadline Warning' for the module?  Is it a notification (bell icon/email)?  If so, it's weird that you have to select a timeline to receive it (ie: there doesn't seem to be a way to opt-out of it).
