Error During Processing Details Report

Hi. For ORC candidates that land in the HR Phase and Error During Processing State, is there a way we can pull the error details onto a report?

Content (required):

I have already created a report that lists all candidates in the HR Phase and Error During Processing State. However, what I am looking for is to pull the error message into that same report. Right now, the only way to see the error message is to go to that candidate's application and navigate to Offers in ORC.
