Hi Everyone!
I am customization our email notifications in R13. For that, we have enable our Talent product to utilize BI Publisher email notification feature. It has been working fine for ERM notification.
However, for Talent, I added a Degree in my profile but when I got email notification the body of report is blank. I don't know yet.
I am not sure if the BIP template is correctly setup in the system, or if I have an issue with Data Model or something else. The interesting part is there is a link in email notification called Transaction Details that is working fine - when I clicked on it I can get all my transaction details that should appear in email notification body. (See the attachment).
