How to get the last instance of a BIP report where delivery status was successfull for a particular parameter and use that detail in Data Source Applicationdb_FSCM data set of the data model

Content (required):

We have an incremental logic on a BIP report where it will look for the bip history (parameter based) in fusion_ora_ess.request_property_view, request_history for the timings and success status.

And we want to modify it to check for the Delivery Status as well apart from the bip status.
