How to Deactivate the Bill to site from the Subscription

Hi,

I have end dated the customer Bill to Site from Receivables>Manage Customers>Profiles and further followed steps metioned in below KM Note as well to end date party usage, as a result of this end dated Bill to site is no longer appearing on Order Management UI however it still shows/available for user selection in subscription management How can we disable/end date for SM as well.

FA: SCM: OM: Inactivated Ship To Addresses can be Selected from - Ship-to Address - LOV when entering an Order. (Doc ID 2537785.1)

Upon Further research found a note below which says it does not honor the end date you have to deactivate the site now the question is how to deactivate the site? as far as I know we can only end date the same, there is no option to deactivate/delete.
