Autocomplete on Position Page to throw error for Standard Working Hours Field

Summary: Hi Everyone,

We have a requirement to throw error on Request a New Position/ Request a Position Change page to throw an error if anyone enters values other than 37.5 or 40 in Standard Working Hours Field.

I am trying to achieve this through Object Validation Rule Type, but not able to achieve this. My rule is throwing error even if user is entering 37.5 or 40 as values which shouldn't ideally be the case.
