Detailed Enquiry Search Fields do not recognise entered values, need to search and select from LOV

Oracle Cloud Fusion - General Ledger

User is entering values into search fields and "tabbing" to next field. System does not recognise the value as valid and the field shows as highlighted blue.

The user needs to click on the search function within the LOV to search and select value from LOV each time.

This is only impacting one user. Other users can type the value into the field and the system recognises the value as valid.
