Multiple Assignment Area of Responsibility Issue

For OTL entry level approvals, all assignments ‘Department Administrator’ approvals going to primary assignments ‘Department Administrator’> Approvals need to go to the assignment specific ‘Department Administrator’.
Content (required):
We have created an ‘Area of Responsibility’ called ‘Department Administrator’. These are the managers of a department. When a worker has multiple assignments, we need timesheet approvals to go to the department administrator(s) of the appropriate assignment. Currently the approval is only being sent to the ‘Department Administrator’ of the primary assignment for all assignments. Does anyone know how make each assignments items to route to the appropriate ‘Department Administrator’? This is likely to require BPM.
