What is the understanding on how MyCSP Short-Time Hours are reported for midweek changes
Summary:
I am mid scenario testing for MyCSP and failing on the reporting of Short-Time hours where members move midweek from PT to FT and FT to PT. MyCSP state that the start date should match the date the employee changed to either PT or FT.
The Legal Entity HCM Info is Accumulated and no start of week is populated, thereby defaulting to a Sun-Sat.
Content (required):
In my scenario the employee move to PT hrs on a Tuesday and had extra hours claimed all this has been reported but because the Sunday date is being used (2days prior to the hours change) it has been failed.
