Header font size in Reports have changed after 23.07 patch

Header font size, spacing among other things in Reports have changed after 23.07 patch. This seems to have impacted all the reports, our business team has very specific requirements with the formatting, hence I'm curious if this is a bug in the monthly patch or if there is a workaround to bring back the pre patch Reports formatting.
