Hi,
We've a requirement where any employee in the Organization should be able to nominate anyone in the Organization for an Award amount and it should route to approval chain based on who requests it(Line Manger vs Any other employee). We're considering IC plan, but the restriction with that is, only line managers and comp managers can award. Any suggestions?
