HDL Load for Local Wage Basis Rules

Summary: Does anyone have the HDL files already configured to load wage basis rules for local taxes for Alabama, Kentucky, Ohio, Delaware and West Virginia?


Content (required): Alabama, Kentucky, Ohio, Delaware and West Virginia have different taxability rules for elements like deferred compensation or section 125 deductions at the local level when compared to the state level. Per Oracle documentation we have to load all combinations of primary and secondary classifications for a locality (see reference below). If anyone has the HDL loaders available for the states mentioned above who are willing to share so we do not have to reinvent the wheel it would be greatly appreciated. Or if you have any advice on how to make this process easier?
