Adding a New Approval Hierarchy to Opening Up Requisitions

Summary:

Content (required):

Hi all,

Currently, we have two approval processes for opening a req. The first is reqs opened by managers has an approval chain through a hierarchy. The second is for our Talent Acquisition and HR specialist roles which automatically approves reqs through workflow opened by these members.

I am wanting to add a third approval process moving the Talent Acquisition role to have an approval process that every member with that role who opens a req will now be approved by a single user.

It should look like this:

The problem is this: I don't know how to configure the "JobReqTAApproval" rule so that it captures if a TA role employee opens req, send it through this chain in the circled IF condition. Is there a document on writing this up or does anyone have answers on how I would write it to make it work? Currently it is just the default condition, and the two above say "The conditions for this Rule are not compatible with Approvals UI. Please use BPM Rule Configuration UI to work with this condition".

Howdy, Stranger!
