Can we Bypass code on field and object level triggers on CX Application composer, invoked by API

Summary:We are using Application composer tool to create custom object, also written groovy code on few field level and object level triggers in CX sales cloud to perform business validation like required field, default values.

Is there a way or a code or command to ignore or bypass the code written on triggers on custom object when we trigger API on custom objects.

For all API calls we want to leverage use ATP DB to do all validations and business logic instead of firing code written using groovy script on few field level and object level trigger
